New moot.it Commenting System
Moot.it might be the best thing to happen to the Web since WordPress. It is a new forum and commenting system designed to be much more dynamic and engaging. Leave a comment to try it out.
I’ve also added a moot.it powered forum at Bacon.TV/group. It’s a place where BACON lovers can talk about Bacon, breakfast, charcuterie, cooking, and ask questions about Bacon. It’s like group therapy for BACON!

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños
Mike Murry shared his recipe for bacon wrapped jalapeños, also known as ABTs or “Atomic Buffalo Turds” in a Big Green Egg grill.
He starts with the largest jalapeños he can find and cuts off the stem leaving a wall on the end to hold in the cheese. He then slices the jalapeños in half and scopes out the ribs and seeds. After that, he fills the two sides with cream cheese that’s been sitting out of the fridge long enough to soften and become more spreadable. Mike prefers Wright Brand bacon. Wright brand is so thick you have cut slices in half. If you’re using thin bacon, you can use a whole strip. He wraps the bacon around the stuffed jalapeños and secures it with a toothpick.
Bake or grill at around 350º for about 40 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Watch the video to see the tricks Mike uses to make it PERFECT!
